Unlike other businesses, transport is a very important element for home furniture industry.  If you are a seller, you cannot just expect your customers to pick and bring newly acquired furniture straight from your warehouse or showroom.  It is necessary that you have delivery services and capabilities because most clients would ask for it.  You do not really need to have all those big trucks for this purpose.  You can opt for smaller but more energy-efficient vehicles.  Ideally, you should conduct a study regarding the feasibility of a certain mode of transport to know if it suitable to your business setup.  You can also check out the delivery fleet of your competitors.  However, if buying trucks is not yet practical, you can always hire services of delivery firms for the time being.
